To kick off 2023 as a year of celebrating you, our Clouds community, we'll be featuring your best weather photos on our upcoming Forecast IPA labels! Think weather: sunsets, clouds, rainstorms, snow, etc. Anything in your camera roll that reminds you of Clouds (or Clouds-related) themes.
Upload your best shots HERE , and we'll pick our favorites to feature on Forecast cans throughout the year. Winners receive a name-drop, free Clouds swag, bragging rights and, of course, some free beer with your photo on it!
DAVID: This is from back in April, at Bass Lake near Holly Springs. This one was taken early in the morning, probably around 6:30am.I was watching TV early, looked outside, there was a great sunrise. In a mad panic, I grabbed my camera . The rest of the year there weren’t any clouds in the year, I thought to myself: “Where’s the nearest photogenic place I know”? Bass lake is 5 minutes away, so I jumped in the car. 20 minutes to take as many blue hour and golden hour photos possible.
That weekend was my wife and my wedding anniversary and we out to Clouds, I remembered that Clouds did this photo contest. So I made sure to submit it when I got home
FIRST TIME AT CLOUDS
DAVID: Near the time the Durham restaurant opened, went in for a happy hour after work. At the time, the electronic beer self-serve wall, did that a few times.
FAVORITE CLOUDS BEER
DAVID: Darker, maltier beers. Porters, stouts, even brown ales. They’re more seasonal, so winter is my time.
